The big finish was supposed to be Cheryl Miller doing the same dunk over the Kia. However, she kept hitting her wang on the car in practice. It had to be canceled.

How worried do you think the Clippers Brass was when they heard Blake was going to jump over a car for one of his dunks. I think they should have the judges vote the whole way out, instead of the fans for the winner, Griffin would have still won, but you knew Mcgee didn't have much of a chance with the fans.

Barkely was funny on the announcing tonight.

On the 3 point winner, James Jones, you don't say this much in basketball as football, but James Jones from the U.

Did you see the bruise on his arm after the "arm in the rim" dunk? Was pretty bad. Can't imagine what it looks like today.

The contest was okay. Needs another Vince Carter-type. The athletic 6'6" to 6'7" G-F guys just look better doing this stuff. The only guys 6'10" or over who ever shined in the contest were Shawn Kemp and Dwight Howard.

I'm kinda with Ajent. I'm not a big fan of the use of props and stuff. I mean, I liked the innovation with some of McGee's dunks but I guess I'm just old school.

It just seems like a lot of the dunks these days look better on replay than in real-time. Back in the day (I sound like an old guy), when a guy did a sick dunk you knew it right away. When Vince Carter did his stuff in 2000 or Jason Richardson in 2002, I didn't have to wait for the replay. I was out of my seat immediately.

Another problem I have is with the flow of the contest. I respect that guys are thinking outside the box but when you have as many missed first, second, third, and even seventeenth tries (Nate Robinson) as you see now, it kinda makes it anticlimactic when they finally do convert on the dunk.

Couldn't have said it better

When was the last time you jumped out of your seat and started looking at your friends like "Holy Shit!", "Dammmmnnn!!!" "Did you see that shit?". Not very many times I can remember lately, it's becoming more like the WWE and I won't have my NBA taken over by Kujoe,Speeps, and Drop In!!!

NO!

You can come over to blaze but then you have to stand outside after.

If Lebron played with that much passion and energy in the playoffs the Cavs would have had a title.
