I love how the alliance in charge is acting like they actually outplayed the other alliance when in fact every move they made was known by the Shake That alliance and the only reason they are still standing is because of a ridiculous tie breaker that basically took a great game and ruined it by deciding the outcome based on the flip of a coin.


That said, my vote will be based on who I feel played the best game. In order to get my vote I will need to see/read a step by step account on what that person did to put themself in a position to win the game. I don't care if i was lied to, that won't stop me from voting for a person as long as that person can demonstrate they played the best game of the final 3.

I'm not certain that came into play on the vote in question, are you? Regardless, doesn't it seem rather silly to keep insisting that those on the jury (or soon to be on the jury) "outplayed" the guys who will make the last three (whoever they may be)?

Again, any of us may not make it to the finals. We have our system in place and it is fair. Hell, if DB keeps up his Fabioian streak of immunity wins 2 of us may not make it.

Not silly at all. With all these contests, a certain amount of luck is involved in making it to the end. Doesn't mean that you necesarily outplayed someone on the jury just because you were fortunate enough to catch a break here and there that enabled you to advance. Case in point, the silly tiebreaker rule which is the ONLY reason you are even still in the game.

Granted, you might still be in the game if you and I had to go against each other in a legitimate skill based tie breaker, but in that situation I would give you and your alliance the credit it deserved. Getting there by loophope is hardly a case of outplaying someone.


But, that said, I'm open to the remote possibility that someone in the final 3 played a better game than me, but i would need to see/read evidence of that at the final tribal council.

Actually, I suspect that one of the votes against IMU was by shakes. I don't think he was too keen on splitting quarterbacking duties for Team Shake That with a younger, faster, and smarter contestant.
