Barkleys calls them the little east. Honestly pitt got screwed with butler showing up as a rd 2/3 opponent. Butler really should have been in that 7 seed game. I'm happy though

Good to see the refs not fall for Jordan Taylor's weak-ass flop. You're not at Kohl.

Pullen has pushed off to create his shot a good 3-4 times tonight, as well though.

And the flops work 'round the world!! :D

Maybe, but Taylor does that thing where he acts like he just got blasted by a shotgun at least once a game.

It's almost as bad as the Northwestern players who pretend to get elbowed when the refs aren't looking.

Great call. That looked like a mugging, but it was clean.

Wisconsin makes one for the Big Ten in the Sweet 16. OSU and Purdue are overwhelming favorites for two and three.

On Pitt, I don't think Dixon should be in trouble, but Pitt may need to change some of their philosophies. Keep the one on defense, but change some on offense. Could recruit some more inside help, like when Sam Young and Dejuan Blair were there.

Has Butler now passed Gonzaga has the top mid-major, especially after yesterday with the Butler win and Gonzaga getting smashed by BYU. Gonzaga you may have had a nice story, but will you make a Final Four, probably not.

On today, looking to see how Michigan does against Duke, Texas and Arizona should be a good game, and some deja vu for Kansas, for the 2nd straigt year playing a team in the 2nd game, that beat UNLV in the game before. I imagine Kansas has heard all the 2nd round exit talk since Friday and doesn't want to go through that again and should end ILL's season.

The game yesterday was 70 points in 61 possessions for Pitt. That wasn't the problem this year for Pitt. The defense was OK this year but the offense was spectacular.

Texas got screwed. I replayed it. The ref counted 4.

Why the fuck did Texas call a timeout after the rebound? They screwed themselves.

And the refs missed 3 fouls on the last Texas play.

It did seem like a quick 5 count, but I agree about the timeout. Why would you call it there? Run out as much time as possible because Arizona is going to foul anyway and even 1 of 2 free throws and it's overtime at worst.

I thought they had no timeouts left anyways?

Why does Rick Pitino not age? Why would CBS want him? Every time I saw him talk i thought about him baning the blond over the restaurant's bathroom sink. CBS shouldn't want that image for the kids watching.

Every time I see him I picture him escorting her to the bathroom in his white and red suit.

Rick Pitino is staring at Kenny Smith like he's gonna throw a plate of ziti on his ass and rumble.

Darren Rovell tweeted that Pitino is likely getting between $10k - $15k per day on set. I'm sure Louisville fans love seeing him profit off of losing early.

Thoughts on the tournament,

CBS- I know you wanted to keep the tournament, but the way they have been treated the first weekend, I think you should have given it to ESPN, for them not closing out the days is bad, and that we still have basketball on, just doesn't feel right, get ready for Florida State/VCU.

College Basketball fans- If your a die-hard, pray for a Ohio State-Kansas Final, with all the upsets, that maybe one of the good games left in the tournament, because it looks like Kansas can walk there, playing Richmond, VCU/Florida State, and the SouthEast winner. Of course Ohio State will have Kentucky, then probably North Carolina, and then the West which will not be easy.

NCAA- During the off-season and maybe this week, you better have a meeting with your refrees and not be afraid to ax some of them, take the lead and do something that one pro league doesn't do. I'm not talking about last nights Pitt-Butler game, because those were fouls, but today, Washington should have had more time for their last shot and that's after they started evening up the fouls in the second half, the game was in Charlotte, but first half fouls was Carolina 2 Washington 11. In Arizona-Texas, in the 2nd half, it looked like Texas was always at the free throw line, and then at the end, the refs helped Texas almost win and then decided, let's give to Arizona. I have the Director of Officitaing on t.v. more than he needs too.

What a surprise, another Big East team wetting itself. I'm sure Bernsie will bitch about these shitty games he sat through.

I haven't really been watching that closely. How's the Big East doing?

Heard one of my little pet peeves at the end of the N.D game. Fans were chanting "over-rated". Why haven't fans figured out that the chant is really a putdown of their own team. Basically, they are chanting that if team 'x' was really as good as their ranking, our team couldn't beat them.

Jimmer was starting to warm up toward the end of the half. Halftime couldn't have come at a better time for the Gators.

Terrible timing by CBS/TBS to have both games at halftime at the same time....
