I think....

New beat reporter for the station. Not sure how that affects his producer duties but with the Cubs playing so many day games I have to think he won't be able to do both.

I think this confirms KIs rumor....B&B will have new producers as JGoff takes over for Meatpants and Drinky moves to beat reporter.

I think the new B&B producers will be Herb and Baldy.

Does anybody get a raise in SALARY, or is this just a deck chair routine?

Have to hand it to Kaplan...he's fooled a lot of people for a longtime and has become the ultimate Hooterville Company Stooge......but in the long run that is what these TV media jobs are all about.

I agree with ASFB. Kaplan irritates me more then just about anybody in local media. He might be speaking out a little more now,because the Trib no longer owns the Cubs. He is an old school,classic company kiss ass. That's one game I never played and I'm willing to bet most CSFMB members could say the same thing.

Pretty sure it's for the Score. 670 didn't really have a full-time guy last year. I think they used Shoe-Piece and Stone as their "Cubs guys."
