Nice to steal the Adidas marketing.

Considering Adidas started working on the campaign in 2010, considering the main feature of the campaign now is D Rose, who couldn't be closer to the Sox marketing dept.?

Just seems like a lazy effort on Brooks Boyers part to go with a phrase that has been used in so many other campaigns, merchandising, etc.

Just so the Sox fans feel better, I see the Cubs coming down this shitty path as well with this Wally Heyward guy. Some guy that worked somewhere else, doesn't get Chicago, reads his pro sports daily magazine, spends more time neworking and synergizing and sees the next cool rally monkey and tells someone else to make a call.

Lack of originality on both sides of town right now. And one thing I can say for both the Cubs and Sox, for years they had orginality in more marketing efforts than most cities.

Weak effort by Boyer the last couple of years really. Might be due to the fact that he's heading up Silver chalice Media which is a subsidiary of the Sox. I heard it's already adding to the Sox revenue stream and might be one of the reasons for their spending spree this offseason.

How about this one. Maybe they could get a Disney tie in.
