I just talked to Chet and will have the skinny on the showgram today. Trying to convince him to come on...but it's a tough sell. He's not feeling too well today. The picture on our website will explain why.

Poor Chet. He should have never questioned who the Gridiron Assassin was. When will Rosemont Police be coming to Milan to question me?

Did they take his full length fur coat and fedora?

Man. I feel bad for Chet. That's the look of a violated man. Cmon guys. Let's hunt down Chet's attackers. Meet me outside the ABC building with torches at 3pm.

Police are looking for a beefy caucasian male dressed like Cupid, who was seen running away with Chester's coat, fedora and a little dog.

Apparently Chet was hit with one of Cupid's arrows and then mugged.

Maybe next time Chet won't be late with his "installment" payments.

At least they didn't get his black full length mink coat.

And come on now - they didn't hit him that hard, most of that orange hair dye is still intact.

Chet Coppock's "Main Event" Ding!

I think they should bring in his ex-wife's new shagger to begin questioning.

Yeah. As far as black eyes are concerned it's not that bad. The eye isn't blood shot so it wasn't that hard. But it looks like he got a couple stitches by the eye brow.

No big deal just a little black eye.
How'd the other guy look, Chet?

This had to be DePaul fans - ruffians!

Actually I hope that's the case, I wouldn't want to find out it is some of Marquette brethren.

Good call Coach. Your right. It wasn't a direct shot to the eye. If it was it would be closed more and blood shot.

Looks like Chet never saw it coming. If he had, Big Rock Candy, would have blocked it and the attacker would be dead now.

For some reason, I can't find the humor in it yet. Maybe once I here Chet talk about it then I'll think its funny?

The hot rumor is that it wasn't Gridiron who beat him up, but it was Beef Rockmore, Linda S, Jim Derevolting, Harry Timbercrank, Jon Bach and Gunther Rudderschmidt all in the fracas....

He looks like a videographer who got popped by a football player on a run to the sidelines. Right in the ol' moneymaker.

let's not forget the Oklahoma Original - Bill Simonson.

I wonder if Chet was with 'Carrie' Wood last night.

Coppock would be the first to laugh at it if it weren't him. He made jokes about the Posie and Tank episode at the "Ice Bar".

He'll joke about it on the air today probrally.

Ryan, are you getting soft? Chet isn't hurt, it's a bruise, no broken orbital socket or anything. Mark my words, the original self promoter will be in all the newspapers tomorrow, and he'll be witty and smart about it, unlike Bill Simenson or whatever his name was.

Mac said that the guys who were arguing with Chet at the game might have been jelous because he's dating a women 10 years Chet's junior.

Uhh Mac. That would make the women 50 years old. Nobody's jelous of that Mac. LOL.
