Up to 56 degrees now, just hope the course isn't totally soaking wet. I guess a lot of that will depend on the storms tomorrow.

I've also recently learned that there is another driving range in the corporate park slightly west of Salt Creek. It appears you literally hit balls in a grassy knoll between highrises.

Hmm... good point.

Maybe I'll just pick up a trophy instead.

TopGolf has a nice restaurant and bar, and that is in the same parking lot as Salt Creek.

There is that, and the clubhouse also has a full bar and restaurant. I'm sure we won't have any trouble finding something to do afterwards.

Salt Creek's clubhouse is horrid - Go to TopGolf or drive down the street to real time.

Top Golf is muy expensivo. I haven't been there since fall, but a pitcher was like $16.

Fuck that place, giving away our goddamn reservation!

We've re-hashed that issue at great length...it's your own damn fault. You got there later than you said you would, and you used an extremely common name. It's actually a decent enough bar with good food.

Tis true. There are probably better deals at Real Time which is five or ten minutes away.

The talent is not bad at TopGolf.

I got there right on time. The reservation was for 11:45.

You're ignoring the "common name" part of my argument.

Nah. I think we should be OK. I just called the course and they said that even though carts are not being let out today, they should be tomorrow due to the nicer forecast (high of 61, 20% chance of rain).

I asked if the course would be closed or no carts tomorrow if it rains all day today, and they couldn't give me a straight answer. Worst case scenario is that we play and have to use pull-carts, if needed.
