We all know there are goofy calls. I'm not listening, but I'll bet Rongey says something as weird as that, just in a different way. Like he'll tell you Guillen is doing everything he can or some other bullshit that really means nothing. If he's challenged he'll say something about how he knows these guys.

The team sucks. Rongey's life would probably be easier if he stopped fighting that and went with it. I mean, if you did pinch hit Teahen for Dunn, could it really be worse? How about this? Morel is clearly not a big league hitter right now.

Truth be told, I feel sorry for the Ranger. Because Hawk & Stoney sound like crap lately with their hoarse voices, Ranger may be pressed into PBP duty today vs. the Twins on the White Sox Radio Network with Ed Farmer possibly shifting over to WGN for the TV call of the getaway game.

Why? He comes to his own personal weather lady every night.
