Castro was pulled out of the hat in the leadoff spot today. Maybe Quade will throw everyone off next series and bat Castro in the pitcher's spot.

Castillo! So can anybody fill me in on why they are choosing to pitch Doug Davis on 3 days rest for his first start back in the bigs on Saturday?

Because of the Panic caused by the dislocation, break or ligament tear in either Brett Jackson's wrist, hand, finger or thumb that will sideline him for the rest of the season.

Ugh....seriously....wrist injuries in baseball are the worst. Took Derrek Lee 2 years to come back from his.

I'm sure we will find out soon enough, but it does not sound good based on the immediate reaction of sending him to see a specialist in Chicago already.

This team is still right in the hunt for the Central and they have been missing 2 starting pitchers and the GM has decided to turn one of those missing spots into a total shit show. The fact that they are where they are at this point leads me to believe good things are in store for this team going forward.
Division win and then see what happens in the playoffs 8)

Would have been nice to save some of those hits and runs for this game.

Good thing Pujols is still drunk from last night or something and is sucking today.

Well even though this is still a horribly assembled team of little talent and mostly crap and they will lose more times than they win......I still can't watch a game and not want them to win and play good baseball.

The Packers are set to dominate Earth for the foreseeable future with the endless collection of hall of fame caliber talent they call their roster.

That just gives plenty of time for the NFL record amount of starters on IR to heal. They whipped the NFL's ass with 3 rookie undrafted free agents starting. That is pure excellence at the highest of levels. This team is built to dominate for a decade.

There is also no shame in jumping on the Packer bandwagon.

Jaime Garcia's beard mystifies me. He looks like a completely different person with it... and he's pitching well enough to show that last season's ~1/2+ season of dominant baseball was no fluke. His high WHIP last season caught up with him, but this year he's doing it even better, which is a scary proposition.

Yadier Molina's new neck-tat rocks my world tho

Casey Coleman getting shelled again. This kid is no better then a mid-releif specialist at best. The later he goes in a game, the more of a chance he gets lit up. Looks like the Cubs are going 2-4 against the tough competion,NICE!

McCa..Ricketts,PLEASE PULL THE F'IN TRIGGER

(Sorry about the caps, but I can't take much more of this shit.)

Start with Hendry. Put these clowns on the roster on the for sale list. If I could unload Soriano by tossing in Castro,I might consider it.
