There are some things about Quade that I really appreciate in a manager but it still burns me that the best manager employed by the cubs is in the god damn booth.

Quade can't handle a pitching staff, keeps moving Castro around, and is playing Hill and Dewitt, outside of that he is ok.

Quade is good as far as getting guys to bust their ass and he runs a good clubhouse. He does seem to believe in the lightening in a bottle theory over the law of averages. You can't just throw shit at a wall for a lineup everyday and hope they do good. I do not see any type of philosophy from him other than to work hard. I think he might also be putting some of these lineups together as a fuck u to Hendry for not getting him the players he wants.
