Once again, for 14 years I have had season tickets to the Cubs. Each year they have had this give away for season ticket holders to have a chance to win tickets to go on the field, play catch etc. They have done the same thing for neighbors for years.

They have done this as a FREE contest. I have never once been drawn.

This year, I can pick when I wanted to go in, which day and anytime out of 4 slots? Then I get tickets emailed to me , yes, all free.

So while kinda cool, gotta wonder if this is in reaction to an interest level going down down down.

Yes, I got 5 tickets.

A few more losses and you can go fart on the field and they will hear it on Shefield.

This is the second year that the Ricketts have hosted a season ticket holder appreciation day. I went last year and we had full access to all of Wrigley. Batting cage, PNC Club, Press box, dugouts, clubhouse and more. Tom Ricketts and all the department heads stayed in the stands and answered any questions from any fans. In fact Tom was there for the entire time. This year they expanded it and added a second day so there are six sessions that are available to season ticket holders.
