Here's a true story. I don't need to Google it because I remember it pretty well. Evanston was probably going to win the state basketball championship with my class ('81). We were fucking loaded. Cory Blackwell, Stephon Sudduth, Bobby Thomas, Wes Wallace, Dennis Kwiecinski. But Blackwell hooked up with the White brothers whose dad was an assistant at Crane (they lived in Evanston too, but the kids played for Crane). Next thing you know Cory was playing in the Public League Red. I caddied with Bobby Thomas at EGC. A couple Loyola douchebags got ahold of him and he wound up there. The Kits were still strong, but we lost in the Supersectional to hated New Trier with Mike Huff running wild. You Illini guys may remember Bobby Thomas as one of the guys on that Austin Peay team.

Left 115 Bourbon St. with a couple of friends about 1:30-2am. I was in a bad mood for some reason, and as soon as I left I drove over a couple of lawns. This lead to driving up and down alleys in Beverley taking garbage bags from residents' cans and throwing them in their backyard or on roofs or wherever...and then even more lawn jobs. Eventually, I ended up driving on the railroad tracks over by St Mary cemetery on 87th St (and I mean ON the tracks....just like in Groundhog Day). Then we (or I, don't really remember) decided we would drive down to my buddy's house in Bridgeport to party with him all night. I remember getting my car up over 100mph twice on the Dan Ryan. Got to my friend's place about 5am, then came back home.

There were 2 ways that night should have ended- with the three of us dead or in jail.
I woke up at home and in one piece. Tore the undersid of my care up pretty good though.

Drank a gallon of water in less than 20 minutes (try it - it's harder than it sounds)
I have literally sampled every single thing that we have ever fed our kids. There is no worse edible substance in the world than baby formula. None.
