If people saying that missed ft is a choke and the reason they lost then they weren't seeing

Yeah it was a well rounded choke. Thats why it sucks so much. Its like he got spooked by LeBron. Everything goes to hell. He fucks up dribbles, turnovers, terrible shots. Just awful.

Yeah I get that its a process, but he just completely went to pieces. Hard to watch.

Rose was spooked, but he will grow from this. Hard to take but they overachieved. Can we get a real 2 guard now please?

Glad they could just "decide" to win the game. The Bulls awful play had nothing to do with it.

choke no. he needs help. he is still young he makes bad decisions and turnovers. hasn't he done some of this all year?

not to compare but as an outsider this reminded me of the early jordan years trying to get past detroit.

I liked the way he just said "Is was me" when a reporter asked who was to blame. He's the only one in the NBA that says that.

Rose just redefined the meaning of choke. Nice to see him be a stand up guy about it though. Tibbs had a tough series too from a matchup perceptive. At least he had Boozer on the bench at the end of tonights game, but having Deng on the bench makes no sense.

I'll say this...as a guy who rips on the NBA & loves the college game, I have enjoyed the hell out of the Bulls playoff games. I haven't watched this much NBA ball since 1998. But they have a ways to go to be able to compete with the Heat the next 5 years.

Agreed. The moment was bigger than Rose.

The turnover was panic and being careless. Not a choke. The foul was just stupid and he barely touched him. Still, can't do it. But that's not choking. Then he got his shot blocked at the end. Choking is missing a free throw or air balling a shot. Oh yeah, he missed a free throw so I guess that qualifies. But I think he just missed it. This wasn't a choke.

Whatever. Call it what you want. It was bad.

This ranks right up there with one of the biggest choke jobs that I can remember in Chicago sports, right up there with Maddux in the '89 NLCS, Mcdowell in the '93 ALCS and Cutler in the NFC Championship game (of course that is somewhat mitigated by the knee injury).

In three of the four losses he couldn't shoot 33% from the field, and down the stretch he would either turn the ball over, brick shots or split his free throws.

Other players struggled too, no doubt, but Rose is your best player and the MVP, you expect him to take over games. I don't expect Boozer or Korver to.

Now Rose may come back and lead the Bulls to a championship or two, and this series may be become a footnote in his career, sort of like Pippen's migraine. But if this is not a choke, then i am not sure what is.
