Back in the day no one would have suspected Ozzie Guillen to one day become a big league manager. Who on the current White Sox roster has managerial material?

I think AJ would probably be one obvious choice.

That's a very good question. I think Omar Vizquel might be an ideal manager if that's what he wants to do when his own career concludes.
