The Arizona Republic reports: Former Cubs and Diamondbacks first baseman Mark Grace was arrested in Scottsdale on Memorial Day on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, according to a police report.

Grace, 46, was stopped by police shortly after 1 a.m. He admitted to "having a few drinks," police said and was arrested on suspicion of driving with a blood-alcohol of more than the legal limit of 0.08 percent and being DUI-impaired to the slightest degree, according to police reports.

Grace now works as a Diamondbacks color analyst on Fox Sports Arizona.

This will will probably only reinforce Tiny's desire to have the Cubs retire Grace's number.

For the record...I was not a Grace fan at all. Hated his "weak" bat in the 3 hole...escpecially while watching Palmerio hit 500 home runs (roids aside).

The years have not been kind to Mark Grace's looks. He's still not bad looking but didn't age well.

Same for Ryno for that matter.

Honestly with Grace with the way he's been around only with full body protection from the top to bottom.

And Ryno's married so that's out of the question.

And I really doubt that either would be interested either although I have 2 "assetts" ahem that Grace is known to have a liking for. (I don't think he ever dated a woman short of a C cup)
