What an entertaining game today; the Bulls surrender 52 to Redd, and manage to win nonetheless. 48 points for B-Gizzle in an absolutely stunning performance. If you missed this one, you probably missed the most entertaining game of the year.

I avoided getting the score of the game so I could watch it as though it were live. Good thing. Yeah. One of the best NBA games this year.

Figures. It was tape delay on the U. I'll bet alot of people heard the score and didn't watch it.

Gordon - 48 & Reid - 52 combine for a hondo.

Bulls play 82 games. This is the only one that wasn't broadcast live. Couldn't be live because ABC had a game and exclusive rights as the only to broadcast a game in that time period.

Turns out to be a regular season classic. Granted the game was only tape delayed 3 hours but, like I said, I'm sure people heard the score like you Bulldog.

Some might think that this was a lousy defensive game by looking at the score. Not the case. Reid was putting up 3's all game with guys in his face. Gordon made plenty of contested shots.

It was a jump shooting game all around and both teams were on. It was a great game.

Yeah, me too. I saw an add for the Cubs Sox game friday night, and it mentioned that the Bulls game would be tape delayed at 5 on the U, so I made a mental note to avoid anything where I could catch the score of the game. The Cubs Sox game was a terd, but this one was worth the wait.

Figures; best game of the year, on the fuzzy station. I was having difficulty telling Gordon and Deng apart for christ sakes. Of course, it was a road game, so I suppose it wouldn't be hi-def anyways.

Yeah I avoided hearing the score too so I could see the tape delay. Great. I learned from being at the Bulls playoff game in 05 (when they came back from like 10 down in the final minute and I LEFT EARLY), to always stick with them. Schuster said that the game will be on tape delay a few weeks from now too against Atlanta. Man I hate the boo-yahs sometimes. Sometimes.

I was actually very close to changing the channel; the main reason I didn't is because the only other thing I cared to see was being recorded by the Tivo, so I didn't bother. My thinking was that Redd was simply having an unstoppable performance, and the Bulls had no chance at coming back. That game looked over early in the 4th.

This, by the way, is exactly why I don't understand why everyone is ever-so-willing to trade Gordon; Deng's somehow the untouchable man, yet Gordon just keeps having these incredible game-changing performances. There's not a ton of players in the NBA that threaten to score 48.

I have League Pass and they showed the actual broadcast live at 2.

I'm pretty surprised they did though as usually Bulls games are blacked out if they're showing the Chicago broadcast, plus the ABC game, usually that time frame is exclusive, ,much like the douches at Fox have for Saturday baseball.

Blackouts are the gayest thing going. If ever there was a case for government intervention into broadcasting, this is it.

Commisioner Stern is going senile. This is media retardation. If you want to broadcast a national game exclusively, then schedule it as the only game like Monday/Sunday Night Football. The NBA/ABC is ruining a great product and pissing off all their fans with moves like that.

I couldnt believe that game. Right after Redd hits 3s from mars, Heinrich or Gordon would fast break right back , but they were always 10-20 back, until Gordon stepped it up. Dunno if the Bucks coach was the smartest pulling Redd and trying to coast when he was Redd hot. Ben is amazing.

I almost started a thread on this about a week back; I believe it was MJH where they were talking about the Gasol trade, and someone mentioned how "we know what we have in Gordon, but Deng's potential is untapped." Oh? Look at Gordon's numbers: they've improved considerably. He's the team's best scorer, and he's the teams best free throw shooter (88%!). People seem to forget that this is only his third season in the league and he came out of college a year early. Gordon may be a shit interview, but damnit, he can play.
