Because his stupid show is on TLC. If it were on a real network like, let's say, The Food Network, you'd undoubtedly know exactly who he is and he'd be getting endorsement deals from T.G.I.Fridays like certain other television chefs.

By the way, DW, I hope I'm invited to Summerfest at your place. I plan on making a special sushi with bacon, butter, and Skittles just for the occasion. Now that's good eatin'!
