Today's selection is from one of my favorite MCs, Big Pun (R.I.P.). This track is off his 2001 posthumous album, "Endangered Species" and it also features verses from Nas, Jadakiss, Raekwon, and Fat Joe. The track is called "John Blaze". Way too much awesomeness to be allowed on one track.

Today's track is from a very talented Puerto Rican MC from Massachusetts by the name of Termanology. I've posted one of his tracks before, but believe me, this dude can SPIT.

He's joined on this track by fellow crew member Ed Rock, as well as MY favorite rapper and my inspiration as an MC, Royce Da 5'9". The track is off his 2006 mixtape, "Hood Politics IV: Show & Prove". The track is called "Watch Your Back". Hot shit.

Today's track was officially unreleased but in 2003, Royce Da 5'9" (my favorite rapper) released this on his "Build 'N Destroy" mixtape. This song features Eminem in one of the greatest 1-2 combinations in hip hop history.

You may have heard a different version of this song on Jay-Z's "Blueprint" album. Originally, it was to be Royce's song, but Eminem and Royce (formerly best friends) had a falling out due to Eminem's bypassing of Royce to sign 50-Cent to his Shady Aftermath label - as well as Royce's publicized feud with Eminem's group D12. Once this happened, Royce's verse was scrapped and Jay-Z replaced him in the song. Jay-Z's version SUCKED ASS.

Anyway, here is the original version of the song with Royce's verse included. The track is called "Renegade". Pay attention and you'll hear why Royce was once considered the only guy in hip hop equal to (or possibly better than) Eminem lyrically. Did I mention that Royce is my favorite rapper?
