Would the Cubs be a better team today IF they re-signed Juan Pierre and skipped Alfonso Soriano? All that money saved could have went on 2-4 other quality FA over the years.

the cubs do not win today anyway..wells blows and will be get crushed...and cubs lose 2 of 3 and the series , doubtful that their lone win comes today with randy wells. what is with all the kerry wood love?..the guy has never won anything and gets hurt and put on the d.l. atleast once a year sometimes 2x..what is so love able about this loser? he came back on a discount because he knows losers will come 30 k strong to cheer "woody" when the team blows and he is on the dl for the 16th time in his career..pathetic!!

wells DOES NOT HAVE GOOD STUFF!!!...period never has and never will...he did not suck because he liked to chase tail and drink on rush street...he sucked because his talent is 4a and not major league stuff
