I've been at 195-200 for about 8 months now, that's the longest I can remember keeping a pretty consistent weight for

I'm bored with my workouts now. I still enjoy going out on a 4-5 mile run 5 days a week but the gym workout is a tired act. I think I am going to do some crossfit workouts. I just did some work at a crossfit facility and the workouts look really challenging, unique and fun imo. I'm not paying 200 dolla per month to use one of their facilities though. I'm just going to take some of their workouts and ideas and make my own 6 week or so program.

While I'm still off the pace, I was 199.0 this morning. I haven't been under 200 lbs. since 2005. Baby steps.

Was 300 lbs. About 2 years ago. Eating 4 big meals a day with no exercise.

Made great progress last year cutting back on food and lots of running.

This year has been more running and biking. Very strict on the food intake, and glad.
To report and check in at 215 lbs. Portly no more!!
:)

The Donspiracy weight loss is quite the thing. He shows up to poker games and people don't even know he's there.

Great work and congrats!

Definitely noticed Don being much thinner than a few years ago.

I did 3.90 miles in 51:15 last night on the treadmill......both are highs.....

I'm hoping to hit 4 miles next week, in 52 mins or less.

I'm going to try to do treadmill 3 days a week (Tue-Thur-Sun) between now and July 4....trying to get to 195, which would be the lowest I've been since about 21.

Very happy with the results, but I'm not "cut" enough....so I'm making my workouts more intense, and hoping to have to six pack defined by July 4.

I'm still down 25 lbs since November. Would like to drop about 10 more. I will probably need to give up drinking soda to do so, but I don't want to.

You have a long way to go. Hawkeye has already lost 105 lbs. That amazing when you consider he probably weighed 180 lbs soak and wet with boots on.

I should probably get involved in this as I reckon I'm somewhere around a personal high, prolly 6'4"/260-275. I know that I haven't been out running 4s at all this summer, and I've got assorted aches and pains from a sedentary lifestyle.

A few years back, even tho I was pudgy I could jog ~5-10 miles like it was no problem. I've got a 3.25 mile loop out here and I dunno if I could complete it without a cramp, sore knees, or the rampant heavy breathing issue.... but we shall see. Lord knows I gotta get this going cuz if I ever want to make a decent showing at a future hoops outing, I can't be all blargh.

To start, I'll be amazed if I can even slowly jog the 3.25 without walking a bit. When I'm going decently I can do the 3.25 miles in circa 40 minutes, so I'll be sure to report back for reasons of vanity and exhibitionism!

Some posters will be upset the marriage didn't work. One poster will say it was because all of the jealousy.

My wife and I are trying the Reboot program for a few days to see what all the hub-bub is about. Basically consume nothing but juiced fruits and vegetables for 5-10 days (depending on which method you use). I haven't shit this well in years!
