I was going to check this out on Starz starting Friday, but I didn't realize that this is actually season 4 of the series. Couple questions, are the first 3 any good? And should I try and watch them before starting this one, or could I pick it up "blind".

and then i check back in a few mintues and my post is deleted. naturally, his off-topic stuff lasted. seriously what the fuck is that? this guy is soooo fucking annoying and smarmy and anal and prim and proper, and i crack a joke to get back at him and he deletes it, only to make his own post right afterwards reminding people to get back on topic... and that bbs system won't let you ignore posts by moderators and/or admins. yeeargh.

anyways, now im babbling just to derail this thread cuz i'm jealous. if i spent only like ~30 seconds making a fluff thread i would have been first... as it was, i was three minutes behind cuz i spent 5 minutes typing out my awesome thread.

To answer, no, you don't need to know anything about the first 3 seasons. Season 3 was done the same way. And if you saw the cliffhanger to Season 2, lol, you can see why continuity doesn't much matter.
