I heard Nick Digilio talking about Sandler's next crapfest of a movie and how he couldn't believe what he saw in the trailer.

http://www.jackandjill-movie.com/

For those who think Sandler is funny, please watch this preview and explain to me what's funny about it. I dare you.

Adam Sandler blows, and his success baffles me.

Adam Sandler hasn't been funny for about 15 years. He's like a worse version of Will Ferrell.

Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore were a thing. That is about it.

Great call. When I watched that Jack and Jill trailer, I thought it had to be a joke. It's embarrassing.

To me, though, the difference is Ferrell was once funny. I don't think Sandler ever was. And yes, I know I'm in the minority. Sandler's stupid voices don't get it done for me.

I couldn't get through the entire preview. I'm shocked Tyler Perry didn't have a hand in that.

So you didn't see who the cameo was? Let me ruin it for you: Academy Award winner Al Pacino.

He must've lost a bet.

I used to find the guy funny, but you can only go so far doing the same thing move after movie. I liked Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore. Once he got to Waterboy I got tired of it. Ferrell is similar and does pretty much the same character in every movie he stars in also.

Waterboy was OK to watch once. After that, you don't laugh at it everytime you see it.

Big Daddy was pretty good too I thought.

I'll watch it (download it for free, to be honest). I still get a few laughs out of him.

Was that the same mansion as Billy Madison?

Oh god, that has to be fake. It makes Click look like an Oscar winning film.

I liked Punch Drunk Love. With the exception of The Longest Yard I haven't seen any of the others.

Both awful.

RPB, maybe I need to give Punch Drunk another chance. Saw it in theaters, but that was obviously a while ago

His 2 friends are funnier than him. Grandma's Boy is funnier than the entire Sandler catalog.

Like I said, him not playing Billy Madison as Punch Drunk Love was enough for me

Who do you credit with that?

Id say the writing and side characters. The main character was incidental.

The kid who has the car bed and Dante made the movie.

Adam Sandler movies constantly get trashed by the critics, but millions of moviegoers still go out to see them. The comic actor/producer seems to have developed quite a friendship with sports radio host Dan Patrick to a point where not only is there a "Sandman Shrine" in the Milford, CT studio where D.P. originates his syndicated sports talk show weekday mornings, but D.P. somehow got his "Dan-ettes" production staff to shoot scenes last week in Boston for another Sandler vehicle tentatively titled "I Hate You, Dad!". The film isn't scheduled for release until next May or June.

I had the same reaction to this trailer as I did for that Beaver movie with Mel Gibson...this is a joke, right?

A buddy of mine swears Grown Ups is one of the funniest movies he has ever seen. I couldnt make it 1/4 of the way through the movie without shutting it off and vowing to never watch it again. Funny People was the last Sandler movie I watched all the way through and that wasn't a comedy and could have ended 25 mins earlier. Sandler needs to be put down.

Something happens to actors that they think they can play all the roles! Eddie Muprhy, Martin and now Sandler.

It was funny the first time I saw it in Coming to America in the barber shop, but thats it. Now they make total movies with it.

Bad bad bad.

The last funny thing Sandler was in is when he guest starred on The King of Queens as Dougs old high school buddy.
