Not sure how you would defind massive for a closer. I would resign him. My whole point is, I think he can be good as a closer for a long time.

Bonus being he's got about 5 years less on his arm than most guys

I believe a major league pitching coach should be able to help Marmol, but I don't think the Cubs have one.....or a major league manager,third base coach etc

Mark Riggins= Marty De Merritt. Except Marty actually knew a little about pitchers just had a lousy staff. This fuckhead has 3 decent starters and a decent back end of the pen and gets nothing out of them.
