Anyone know a good copyeditor or publisher? I am attempting to publish a manuscript but - as always - I figure I can ask around here first.

Those are two very different things, and you may not need one or the other depending upon what you are trying to do.

My advice would be to get an agent first. Unsolicited manuscripts more times than not end up in the cylindrical file.
