The Indians have interest in Fuk. Sounds great. Send back a high A or AA pitcher.

Do they have any interest in Tony Campana too?

He is a cincy guy. Send him to dusty. Adduci is waiting in AA to assume the role.

 Hendry! Not being sarcastic but genuinely curious as to who the hell Jim Bowden is?

Hendry did just say that this team can contend next year and he is going to go into the trade deadline with that perspective. Ricketts is a fucking moron if he is still buying this shit.

Well going all in with a team 12 games back and only on their first 3 game winning streak of the season is a risky strategy and I am sure it will pay off. I have finally come around to whistler's way of thinking they need to fire this fat bully ASAP.

Hendry cited the Pirates success this year as reason to believe the Cubs can be contenders next year with some tinkering.

Yeah because the Pirates are a team of hungry young players just coming up in the league instead of a bunch of overpaid vets coasting on their last few paychecks like Soriano and A-Ram. How much do you think Hendry resigns Ramirez for in the offseason?
