Mac returns on the same day the NFL lockout ends. Coincidence? Yeah probably.

Vacation stories.
Huge Sox series against Detroit preview.
Massive Cubs momentum change with a 3 game winning streak.
Much football talk.
At least one parody song.

Welcome back jerk. :)

I think the NFL waited out Mac's vacation period so that the agreement coincided with Mac's return. That way it gets the media coverage Chicago deserves!! Today's show a highly anticipated one...should be a great week with all that will transpire in Football.

Doubtful

Plus, Mac will be too busy telling everyone about Canada and what shitty movies he went to see while on vacation to talk about a silly little game like football.

Although, I'm sure you'll be there to call in and steer the ship in the proper direction.

Dipshit.

I am sure he will mention his trip to Canada. But I'm even more sure that FOOTBALL will be dominating the discussion. But as long as you mentioned movies...I saw Horrible Bosses and Friends with Benefits this weekend and both are really good/funny. Both- better than anticipated.

I'm happy for you.

I'm certain I will see both, but not until they hit cable. I really love comedies, but I hate seeing them in a theater because of the X-factor of the people around you.

Shouldn't the thread title actually be "Episode VI"? Or else you'd have to change 'return' to 'revenge'. :D

I didn't realize Spiegel played enough golf to be able to shoot, on average, in the mid-90s.

So the Mac and Speigs Tailgate at the Cell is Saturday August 13th.

Same day as the festivities at Darkside Estates. And the ROH show.

I think its clear that Mac picked this date to spite Darkside.

Maybe the tailgate and the ROH show.

Tailgate: 20 to 1
ROH show: 50 to 1
Both: 125 to 1
All three events: 6700 to 1

It was The Dilemma, with Vince Vaughn and Kevin James. Yes, I do show up in the movie for 2-3 seconds. Unfortunately, the scene with the heckler (played by Steve Byrne) was cut from the movie. Unfortunate-because I was right beside him in the scene and would have surely been in those shots as well. But yes, I watched it (disappointing movie though) with friends and it was nice to at least have been visible in the movie. I don't think I will ever do it again though. The days went as long as 13 1/2 hours and the pay was lousy. I was contacted about a month ago about a movie they needed cops for. On my employment sheet I had mentioned my employment as a police officer, so they contacted me about being an extra in a movie they are shooting now. If you are interested in work as an extra, Atmosphere Casting of Chicago is currently looking for extras for a Dennis Quaid/Zac Efron movie being shot in Dekalb. You can look up their site and it will tell you where to send a current photo and contact information to be considered. I have no time now for it now, as work is fortunately very busy.
