were the guys doing a live show from vegas for the tourney or just spending a few days off in Vegas?

For some reason I thought they were broadcasting live, like Pappy used to do .

They can't broadcast live. ESPN 1000 has non stop play by play of the games. I don't know how they got to go there on company dime. But more power too them I guess. Just a corporate get away I guess.

I thought they were doing some sponsor related business in Vegas.

Yeah. I'm sure Justin Craig called it something to get the mother ship to aprove it. I'm sure MJH shook a couple hands of the sponsors and talked to them for 5 minutes.

Then they went on to gamble and get loaded. Like I said I don't begrudge them. More power to them.

Actually, it was two big dinners with sales people, sponsors (Budweiser, Saturn, Cicco's Menswear) and a few media buyers (agency people). It was heavy lifting, but somebody's gotta do it. Maybe Joe Cowley can get in that some of that action at his station. I didn't do a ton of imbibing on this one. More fun in Vegas to watch the idiocy while practicing moderation.

The only person who believes that is a man who brings his wife to Vegas with him.
