What the hell happened? I walk in, flip on ESPN and they're all talking about this. Even Coach Herm Edwards broke away from football talk to yell at Zambrano.

unrest in the Big Z camp right now.

It's not going to get better either, just can't with who surrounds him.

He's a joke and the organization is a laughingstock. They should have released his dumbass a year ago but they didn't and they won't release him now. They'll put on a happy face tomorrow and everything will be good in Cubbieland. Gotta keep selling those tickets!

He needs professional help. He can't handle the pressure of baseball. It's sad. Wasted talent.

cure for big Z is easy, leave the Cubs, find success elsewhere, you'll be happy.

Keyser, you know you're my guy, but it seems you are dong nothing but trying to avoid the shit sandwiches on your own table. I'll see your Z and Sori and raise you a Rios and Dunn. Neither Chicago team's future is too bright. Keep in mind, I fucking hate my team's management.

Cubs would love him to retire. That gets them off the hook for the 30 plus million they still owe him. Z's agent will never let him do it.

I don't know how he can pitch for the Cubs again. You can't trade him. Gotta work out a buy out, but why would Z agree to that? You could suspend him the rest of the year without pay. It's justified but the MLBPA will fight it and win cuz they always win.

Hell yeah, Jimmy. You're praying he's serious.  He's not. That's the right answer from the GM though. Encourage him. It won't happen like I said. His agent gets 10 percent of the remaining money. He won't let it happen.

Maybe they put him on waivers and get something for him.
Or he's gone.
Either way, this is the best thing for the Cubs.

He gave up 5 HR's in 4+ innings, tried to hit everyone, then "retired".
I don't think they will get anything for him.

What do you think Tom Ricketts is doing right now? Calling daddy?

I do think Z will be suspended for the rest of the season. But they should keep encouraging him to retire. Ricketts should get on a plane to Atlanta right now and have him sign something before his agent gets a hold of him.

Hey maybe JORR knows some Cubs fans that say he's better than Randy Johnson!

The Yankees have no interest, and that means the Cub is fucked. Steve Stone should hold Hendry while I hit him. That would be baseball justice.

Is there a group of people that are less qualified to make fun of stupid statues than Sox fans?

I think the best thing for the Cubs is having Z pitch to the level of his talent. The next best thing is getting his salary off the books.
