Another year of all these suckups sitting around trying to find out some inside story instead of reporting on what is happening?

Until Mac gave a report on the line play I got so little, I could watch 3 plays on COMCAST and know more.

Hey Zach, about your thoughts???? Does anyone look good on the line? Who looks terrible and what is going to happen???

I am picking on Zach, but none of them tell me anything all 30 (Media circus) of them havent told me 5 times. Devin is not talking about THE U! I don't give a shit, Has he been catching the ball? How has he been catching the ball? Is he running with the 1's???????

What about my 3rd LB? Whoever he is? Is he Roach? Is he doing more coverage of the TE?

Yes, they need a Mike North guy down there that is not there for the Briggs cock sucking (*Larry!), but has no issues with saying something bad about someone.

Ummmm biggie, I don't know if you were *LISTENING* to the intrepid ginger bears beatmaster this morning, but you're not supposed to rip on the line and/or Jerry Angelo because if he had it his way we'd have Olin at center and Willie Colon at tackle, thus allowing us to gradually work in babe carimi and Everyone's All-American 7th Rounder, Jamarcus "David" Webb, aka Jamarcus Bourne.

Therefore, nobody should be pissed at Jerry because he had this brilliant plan that didn't work out, which is squarely on the shoulders of greedy assholes like Olin and Willie Colon. If the Bears' offensive line ends up being so bad that we can't even sniff .500, please send all hatemail to those two.

soooooo ENOUGH WITH YOUR CRITICISMS OF JERRY! HE WALKS ON WATER BECAUSE HE DID AN INTERVIEW WITH DER SCHNORE!!! IT'S A PITY HE'S GOING TO SINK AGAIN ONCE HE GOES ON WADDLE AND SILVY AT 9!

Have you ever listened to Zach? He thinks everyone looks good on the roster.

Zach (and it pains me to type that) has no valid thoughts. He is a Bears employee. In theory, he is doing what he has to in terms of being the Bears version of the Iraqui Propaganda Minister...all is always well. These assholes could be 0-10, and all would be well.

Hence the reason that he is more often referred to as The Ginger Haired Anal Plug, or GHAP for short.

What's really going to suck is when Greg Olsen has a career year (at least for him) in Carolina this year, thanks to their offense featuring a lot of dump-offs to the tight end, thus causing Zach to mention on several occasions that he was right about G-Reg and his massive skillset.

I'm personally amazed that we haven't heard any crowing from him after G-Reg had something like 3 catches for 60+ yards in the first pre-season game. "You guys wanted to run him out of town for a third round pick and look what he's doing for the Panthers"

I think some of this falls on the 'interviewer' too. They need to ask tougher, more specific questions to the beat guys:

Who on the OL looks like they don't belong being a starter on this team?

What is wrong with Penut Tillman? (was at practice last night and while he played, after every set he was on one knee on the sideline by himself).

Why is Chester Taylor still on the roster even though Barber is outplaying him every chance he gets?

Nick Roach has been a fill in linebacker for his career - what makes the Bears think he is going to be able to start 16 games this year?

B&B ask the questions. GHAP won't answer them. He's probably afraid that Pisa Tinaousiamamosa will un friend him on Facebook or something.

This is why he gets mocked by B&B.

I think Biggs does a good job with providing detailed reports when he is given the opportunity to do so on the Mully/Hanley show.

In the past few days, he has told us that Chris Williams has had a very good camp and appears to be solidifying himself as a legitimate NFL interior lineman; that Lance Louis is "on the brink" of being demoted, and thus needs to perform strongly on Monday against the Giants; that J'Marcus Webb has continued to be plagued by inconsistency during practice; that Chris Conte and Major Wright have both looked good at safety during training camp; that the Bears have increased their size and physicality on the offensive line to bolster their running game, not necessarily their passing game; that the defensive line is "loaded with talent" and we should therefore expect big things from them this season; and so on...

Biggs is good. I also like Moon Mullin's columns for CSN. On the other hand, I find it curious that Mulligan hasn't written a football column for the Sun-Times since April 29th. I wonder if he is really still employed by the paper.

I think the answer to this question is fairly obvious. The team is keeping Taylor on the roster to guard against injury or a sudden Forte holdout. There's no need to cut him now, as most of his money was paid up front.

Wow, I was out of town for awhile and didn't see that report or thread. Thanks for the heads up!

That's too bad about Mully's column--he's a good writer who had solid sources and provided strong analysis. I wonder if his writing will re-surface elsewhere.

How does he compare to Spiegel? I remember those photos from the roast that Spiegs was basically sporting the physique of an overweight Barney the dinosaur.

The Score should throw aside the softball team and get in on some Sumo action.

Yes, Biggs does the best job and correlates as why some of the coaches probably dont like him.

If Zach is going to be the next Hub, before Hub was fired from the Bears, then he cant also report on them.

This is evidence in Stoney trying to be a baseball analyst and a Sox employee, because the Sox are a huge target right now taking no shots from him.

Who cares what happens at practice? It means even less than what happens in the pre-season games.

I thought Spiegel lost a ton of weight and just had to keep wearing big clothes.

They just need to re-assign Zach from the Score and call him what he is: A Bears employee. The real tell tale (outside of the ass kissing and shitty reporting) was with the turf at the first game. Bigsey and the other beat guys were tweeting that Bears security was refusing to let the TV guys and others take any pictures of the field conditions. Sure enough, 5 mins later from Zach, "the field looks great" with a nice patch of green sod.

Do you expect Biggs to be in good shape? All the guy LITERALLY does is stare, while sitting down, at in-shape men tackle eachother. Oh wait, he also stalks owners and athletes while sitting in his car. Something tells me that he hasn't equipped his 1999 Taurus SHO with a microwave to heat up a Smart Ones lasagna for lunch. I'm sure he stops off at the local convenient store on the way to a stakeout (be it at some little airport or some player's gym during the offseason) and waddles out with a couple shopping bags full of Munchos, Cheetos, Ding Dongs and a few Super Big Gulps.

The guy, while obviously insightful and with an opinion most of the time, seriously creeps me out. I cannot imagine doing what he does to make a living. But then I think about what must be going on behind closed doors with Hub or the Ginger Haired Pudwhack, and well Brad Biggs is a swell, well-adjusted dude!
