I've never heard anyone call the third one the worst. I've always heard (and I agree) that the order is 1, 3.…....................................................2.

It seemed like they had the idea for #3, and hastily threw 2 together as a bridge to get there.

hastily as in 4 years?

i thought it was pretty much common knowledge that 3 was lame.

i think that's why a video like this was made...

I thought 2 was legit. I could live without 3. The train at the end of 3 is very burrito.

The fact that it took four years doesn't mean it wasn't an extremely thin story. In fact, it almost makes it worse. However, it could have suffered from being much, much weaker than 1, while 3 could have benefitted from following the perceived ickiness of 2.

it's just extremely convoluted. i had to watch it 2 or 3 times before it made sense. 3 just didn't really do anything for me, even though it was funny at times and doc brown was great.

No way man!!

Everyone loves 2! Its a time travel movie and 2 is the only time they go to the future.

Inside out clothes, Auto Nike's, the hilarious Rich Biff, Cubs win WS, his future self getting FAX fired, Hydrating the pizza...Come on man!

The third one was completely out of place. Almost like Major League 3.

I mean 1 and 2 followed eachother well and then there like

Peter Griffin: Ronald Reagan? The actor? He's president?

Brian: Peter, you're the one from the future, you should know - ah, forget it.

Agreed 100% RPB. 2 was pretty good, 3 was bad.

Doc passed out cold from 1 shot of whisky. Anyone that evil had to be able to hold their liquor better than that...

Man are you guys wrong!

The "future" part of 2 was good, but the "present" was bad and the wacky hijinks back in the past were almost slapstick and horrible.

well again, these films were not conceived originally as a trilogy. they were sequels that were made around the same time as each other to profit off of the franchise, just like "alien" and "rocky".

i'd rather watch 2 over 3, but the original is still miles above either one of the sequels.

Does anyone realize how important the cock-blocking old lady was in the beginning? If she doesnt give Marty that flyer about saving the clock tower they have no idea where the lightning strikes and Marty is stuck in 1955 forever.

What if Biff had locked the door before attempting to rape Lorraine?

Where are the Chaperones? Rape, Boozing, Fighting, Jumping and Racial slurs being shouted across the parking lot

What if Marty's Grandparents (George's parents. He never really cared to check up on them in his travels for some reason) had noticed him breaking into George's room in a fucking radioactive suit?

I doubt those cars had power locks, so no way was he going to lock every single door before he got started on Lorraine.

As far as chaperones, it was the 50's... anything goes.

I never thought about George's parents... pretty shitty that they dont even get a bit of screen time. What an asshole grandson.

Don't worry. I'm sure that someone in Hollywood is busy writing a prequel based on that character.

(Just how could you make a prequel about a time-traveling movie?)

I just think that the least Marty could do was drop a couple hundred in the bucket once he gets back to 1985. I mean his parents are rich now... Although that brings me to another point.

If his parents and siblings were so successful in the new 1985, why did his brother and sister still live at home and why did they still have the same house as when they were poor??

There's one giant problem I had with back to the future 2: how did old biff manage to return to the "original" 2015 after he had given young biff the gray's sports almanac?! wouldn''t he return to the future of "biff's 1985"?

WASN'T THE WHOLE POINT OF HIS GOING BACK TO 1955 TO GIVE HIMSELF THE ALMANAC WAS SO WHEN HE CAME BACK HE WAS FILTHY RICH!?!?!? HELLO???? MCFLY?!?!

now this IS a movie and you have to suspend disbelief, and as such i won't comment on how old biff would be returning to a world where he technically wouldn't exist, which means he'd create some sort of a dimension/reality-destroying paradox wherein once he left 1955 he could never exist again.... but let's go with the movie logic. how was he able to return to the original 2015 when everyone else ended up in "biff's" post-1955?

i never got that one. it has always really bothered me.

The only thing I can figure is that they went back and fixed it so the future ended up staying the same regardless of what old Biff did in 1955. It is shoddy writing though.

well, i think that was it, sini. once he delivered the almanac, and biff became a success, then that biff probably disappeared by the paradox...remember, with time travel, there are no rules. it's a deus-ex-machina.
