Pearl Jam backing him up sound outstanding too...it's almost a shame that Jack Irons left the band.

Yep the Neil/PJ mix was very cool. Kinda makes you wish Neil did that type of stuff more often back in the day. I think I remember Gossard crediting Neil and Mirror Ball with helping PJ grow up more as a band also

Just finished the disc this morning and Throw Your Hatred Down may be one of the better
anti-war songs I've ever heard. Glad I dug into the archives for this one.

Is it really possible to listen to 51 Dylan tunes in a row and not run screaming into oncoming traffic?

You'll do it, just not as fast as if you were listening to 51 Old 97's songs in a row.

Great little compact 3 disc greatest hits set. Doesn't have all the best stuff but a good deal for
what you get in there, especially if you aren't a complete Dylanophile. 45 years of music squeezed
in there.

I used to own a single cd that had that cover. Im assuming they just turned it into a box set or something. Pretty solid though

It came out in three versions. You could get the 1 disc, the 3 disc or the deluxe which had a few
extras and some odds and ends in the box. I just didn't feel Bob could be captured in 1 disc, it is a
nice little set for a long trip in the car or whatever really.

Even three discs would be tough to do it. I had like a dozen single disc compilations of him at one point I think

If they're performed by somebody else.

JORR has to have a great Dylan story of some sort. I'll hang up and wait for my answer.

I am rockin some Hawthorne Heights to remember exactly what the hell it is that they play other than that one Ohio song. They are playing a small local bar tonight so I'm going to go as this is the only band that has ever been on the radio that will ever play this town.

Niki FM was their other single off of that album. I do not know anything else about them, besides the fact that their original screamer died a couple years back.

I remember hearing they had a band member die. This is a really small brewery that just had local open mic crap every other day of their existence aside from tonight so it should be interesting at least.

Show was awesome. Apparently the lead singer is from middle of fucking nowhere near me. They threw this date into their tour and they rocked the hell out of it.

Loving? Not really. I've enjoyed the new Chili Peppers album. I've listened to quite a bit of Mumford and Sons lately, as well.
