GD,
You are right. I probably forgot a lot of hot girls. There was that big-titted blonde from the late 80's? ,I don't remember her name.

Kind of strange that Jon Lovitz gets no mentions here either.

DR. KEN!!!! THANK YOU!!! Belushi made crappy stuff not only funny, but Iconic. Maybe it was the fact he was coked up, didnt matter!

Yes, now they have more writers, it's more polished, it's a big time TV show, back in the day this was almost improv, Belushi could carry a skit without even talking. Hell he carried one of the best movies of all time with 2 lines! and one of them was one word "SORRY"....

You must be forgetting Julia Louis Dreyfuss. She was in her early 20s during SNL and I always found her smoking hot.

Julia Louis Dreyfus...WOW! She married another "SNL" cast member from the early '80s I do believe, former "Weekend Update" anchor, writer and cast member Brad Hall.

The only SNL video I own is the "Best of Phil Hartman". His Ed McMahon with Dana Carvey as Johnny used to crack me up. Dana Carvey also did a great Paul McCartney in the same skit with Hartman as Sinatra and Farley as the fast broad from Wilson Phillips. That might be the funniest skit of all-time.

When I think of Colin, "SNL" is NOT what comes to mind. Colin was the announcer on MTV's long since defunct "Remote Control" with host Ken Ober in the late '80s.

Moment of silence please for Ken Ober...Thank you.

I think so...Ober once won $100,000 on Ed McMahon's "Star Search" back in the late '80s, long before he got his big break on MTV.

Everyone else is far behind these two to the point that the discussion is irrelevant. You would have to be an ignorant slut to rate it any other way. Will Farrell over either of these...you have to be fucking kidding me.

Dont bring that The first cast was the best bullshit in here

The best cast was the Carvey-Hartman-Farley-Myers early 90's group.

That group also has a 50% dead factor to go with it.

Sparky, your YUTE is showing there.

Rock, Sandler while both entertaining, not even close to top talent while at SNL. Both developed after they left.

and I think many have missed Norm MacDonald.

No dude, Im old. I saw those guys. I was just listing the good ones from that period.

Nat X was awesome and he played the SNL black guy very well and all Sandler's bits came from SNL. (They were funny for 2 minutes on SNL before he tried to turn them into 1 hour and a half feature film)

I remember Norm MacDonald anchored "Weekend Update" and was former Kansas Senator Bob Dole on "SNL" when he was on in the late '90s. It was nothing like the real Bob...

I still dont know why Jon Lovitz never made it, he makes me laugh on a consistent basis and The Critic is funnier than any cartoon except for the Simpsons in their prime.

I'm surprised considering CLH's odd fixation with the word "gay", he didn't mention Terry Sweeney.

Anywho, I have a soft spot for Nora Dunn, because I met her in 91 or 92.
I was in the Round Lake HS marching band, and her brother, Mike Dunn, was the varsity football coach at the time.
For reasons unknown, she came to one of our football games, and being a huge SNL fan, I just went up and said hi to her
before the game started. She was cool.
