Kicks off this Sunday, I have high hopes as the previews have looked impressive.

Should be good. Pretty much everyone on the show is out to get Nucky.

I am hoping the guy with half a face becomes a more prominent character. In the previews I
have seen he appears to turn up the bad ass factor.

+1 I think he is going to be in a Furio-like role from the sopranos. Also will be interesting to see how the capone story line plays out.

I'll say one thing.......or several.

Jimmy's mother is weirding the fuck out of me. There is some strange shit going on over at the Darmody residence.

Jimmy's mother is batshit crazy and sneaky as hell but I still love to see her naked.
Pretty good opening episode with the crazy attack by the KKK and the walls are
starting to crumble around our old buddy Nucky. I can't decide if I like the fed
character, he is just such a strange guy.

Very good show indeed. The wife said something to me about how they talk about Jimmy and his mother are kind of exposed as being more creepy this season, and two seconds later she says the line about kissing Jimmy's pee pee.

yeah, even before she said that there has always seemed to be a bit of an incest undercurrent between them.

This week's episode was very good. The show is moving quick. I like it.

Agreed, pacing is better this season. Lots to unfold going forward.

Need more of the guy who got his face injured in WWI. Great understated character. Yes the show has got off to a good start. I have a feeling Nucky's brother will get the axe this season.

That scene with him meeting "the men who guilt this city" gave me a very uneasy feeling about him going forward, well, even more uneasy.

Those guys were super fucking old, just like the Commodore, all old and trying to play a young mans game...

That look on his face when he walked through the doors and saw those old coots was memorable.

Fantastic episode last night. The scene in the restaurant with Nucky, Jimmy, and the commodore was great. This show went from being good in season 1, to now great in season 2.

 After all of the bullshit Nuck had to go through it was the Commodore having the last lobster dinner in the restaurant that ended up being the final insult. Looks as if Jimmy might be a bit torn in his loyalties now. I like the new Irish guy. Seems like he will be getting all Sinn Fein on Nucky's enemies.

I thought that was another good episode last night. This show's starting to live up to its potential.

Yeah, that was quite a twist to see the Commodore get brought to his knees with a stroke.
I like how Jimmy is selling in Philly and they are introducing some more wiseguys to the show.
Richard Harrow, the guy with half a face continues to become a more central character which
I am happy about, although he seems to have a crush on Jimmy's wife. I just kind of see him
as a lonely guy.

Maybe the best episode of the season if not the series.

It was slow at points but good. Lots of stuff gonna come to a head here soon. I can't
believe they scalped the old man near the end.

i have yet to see this show, however, i wanted to ask ppl who have seen this just how often the slightly-offsetting paz de la huerta shows off her B+ titties in the show.

from that i've gleamed of her career over the years paz seems to get a lot of mileage out of bearing her body to the world; i'm thinking that she's showing off the merchandise at least every other episode. this is an HBO series and if it's any good she'll get/give enough exposure to land a few movie gigs, such as the forthcoming evil nurse flick she's in.

Yeah she was showing them once every other episode if not more frequently during the first season. She's not as appearing as much in the second season, but there's usually at least one character or another who does.

Yes, this is the case. She is a relatively minor character but she let it all hang out during the first season
quite often.
