I'm about 99.8% certain that the "audience reactions" that they used were leftover B-roll footage from the first one.

Whenever there is a "3" at the end of the movie name, you know you are in trouble.

I haven't seen it yet. I intend to although I have not read great things about it. Even though I haven't seen it and haven't read a spoiler I'm pretty sure I know the whole movie...long dead family member sold male child's soul to a demon in exchange for something, no males in the family for a couple of generations, stayed familiar with the family waiting for the male baby in part 2.

It was a big hit this weekend so it sounds like they have enough juice for at least one more. I'm sure they left enough open to push for Part 4.
