A few days late, but I'm bored so go jump in a lake.

What was this shot about? What provoked it? Why is Mully such a bitter prick and a bad radio host?

Anyone have any details, has Mully said anything more about it?

I'm pretty sure B&B haven't said anything either.

Between the Les Grobstein bashing and now the Herb bashing....670 is turning into a workzone warzone.

Duck and cover!

I still haven't been able to find anything else out about this. Somebody asked Herb about it on Twitter soon after it happened and he just joked:

Ecnerwal670 Herb Lawrence
@ChasHawk8 @lholmes670 hey if they have to go after a 'small fish' like myself I believe that my plan has worked. Please keep it up

Kind of just brushed it off. Obviously Mully is taking whatever this is more seriously than Herb is. Mully must be pretty sore about something...

I'm going to call in to an "Ask Herb" segment very soon. That should at least get the ball rolling...

I don't believe you'll ever call.

Where were you for Hatter Wednesday last night? I called in. My golden tones were once again heard throughout Chicagoland and beyond.

I stopped listeneing right before the segment started. I'll review your work and let you know how you did.

And I will call, Pony Boy. You just get ready...

Well if Herb responded like that on Twitter....there must be something afoot. Something small and no the big a deal was done by Herb and Mully blew it out of proportion which explains his way over the top attack on Herb last week.

I think we need Les and/or Drinky/Goff to speak on this before the internet rumors get out of control.

Either way, Mully looks like a huge asshole and a bitter prick.

I like where this is headed. Something is going on behind the scenes. This isn't some kind of beardown shot in the dark theory. You don't just call out a co-workers work ethic on the air when he isn't even the subject being discussed. We need....nay....we demand answers.

Ivan is right, guys, we need some definitive answers to our questions.

Les? Drinky? Goff? Mac? Finji?

Something is boiling over at 670 and we demand to know what the fuck is happening.

It must have been something big, something huge, for Mully to stab co-worker right in the back without them there to defend themselves. Pretty low move if you ask me.

Now that's a good point, I didn't know that....Herb probably has some pull that Mully doesn't have and used it or whatever...probably wasn't a big deal but Mully sure thought it was.

Thanks for your support of my thread. I spaced on the fact that we already had one, like I was thinking this conversation was in the original thread Ivan mentioned it in.

Im not certain about Herb being there longer. Certainly before Mully and Hanley started.

Are you guys men or chatty, menopausal women worrying about whether Dr. Rex Dexler is two-timing his wife of 20 years? LOL

Seriously, wow! There is no room for most people posting here to ever make fun of anyone who watches soap operas or reality TV!

Seems to me that Mulligan has some sort of personality disorder that doesn't make it easy for him to play nice with co-workers, just my $.02!

It sounds like you are a veteran watcher of soap operas.

Noted.

Hi Hanley!

Let's allow him to make a few more "jokes" before we come to that conclusion.

It would be the funniest thing he ever did and funny in general if Hanley was here opining that Mully has a personality disorder.

Just joking, really, it's just amusing to read so much talk about WSCR water cooler stuff from fans, is all!

Why so much yelling?

This is obviously Mully trying to distract us...

Not enough talking about his own ass, though.

You guys.

I am neither Hanley nor Mulligan. I've never worked at WSCR, and obviously don't care 1/10 as much as you guys do about their inter-office mudslinging.

Sorry about the exclamation points, I'll remove that key from the keyboard for you.

That's such a Mully thing to say.

Why do you hate Herb? Uppity?

There are some posters here that seem to be defending Mully a little too much....

Listen, we are just a pack of posters that are trying to get to the bottom of the verbal attacks that Mully laid on The Dear Boy Herb. Mully has gone too far and Herb deserves closure.
