Billy has been vocal within the past week and a half by suggesting the Cubs hire Sandberg prior to the Oct 14th show at the Riviera. M&H are two weeks behind...Billy was asked a question about the Cubs hire by M&H. So, if you blame them for putting him on. Why is he on? I don't know...maybe because he is a "famous" and a Cubs fan.

Nobody in the music business gets promoted like they did in the 90s.

Id love to be a fan of a team that considers 4 in a decade par for the course.

I dunno. Its almost like if you don't win it all, the season was a failure. Now true is it EVERY Team's goal to win the WS, but I'll be dammed if I can't enjoy a division championship. Sure it sucked when the Sox got booted in 4 games in 2008, but to go from 90 losses to Division winner in 1 year (as the Cubs did from '06- '07) is pretty goddam cool.

That's how I took it. He was on to promote http://resistancepro.com/, talked about wrasslin and concussions and was eventually asked about Sandberg. Billy didn't call in from Sweden to talk about the Cubs.

Also, the band got a Simpsons episode, which makes them very relevant, imo.
