If Stafford, Suh, and Fairley aren't fined this week, then the NFL front office has some explaining to do. I'm also expecting Briggs and Moore to get fined too.

The Bears need to find another backup punt returner. You can't afford to send your only professional receiver out there to return punts.

And cut Roy Williams. He's a waste of a roster spot at this point. If he can't even be physical enough to hold off a smaller defender on a quick slant then he has no value at all.
