Teams need to invest more scholarships in kickers.

I hope, somehow, some way, that is not LSU/Alabama. But I'm not even sure how that can be avoided at this point.

That's a hell of a 24 hours for college football. The "mess" that the Cyclones started is actually pretty clear now.

I think the BCS top 3 tommorow will be SEC Teams, with LSU, Alabama, and Arkansas, 4 I would say Oklahoma State and 5 could be Virginia Tech.

What will be intresting to hear, if Oklahoma State beats Oklahoma can that get them into the top 2, because the LSU wins, Arkansas done, if Arkansas wins does LSU just fall to 3. I almost think it would have helped Ok State, for Oklahoma to win tonight.

Going in, I thought there wouldn't be much, and it turned into the biggest weekend of the college football season.

As mentioned before, a nice season for Kansas State, could be a Cotton Bowl in for them. Also on the Big 12, 2 dissapointing teams in the Big 12 will play Thanksgiving in Texas-Texas A&M, possibly the last time and since they don't care for each other and it upped during the off-season, this could be fun.

Also on the Big 12, I know it sounds crazy, but it does get a little louder after tonight, is it time for Stoops to be done at Oklahoma, another top team coming in and hopes of a national title, and will end probably a BCS Bowl, but not the way they wanted it too.

Absolutely great week of college football.

Here's hoping tomorrow brings good NFL games. But I have my doubts.

While i do think the SEC is and has been the best conference, i absolutely dread having to watch another snoozer between LSU and Alabama for the NC.

Although, none of the 2-loss ACC, Big 10, Big 12, or PAC-12 teams deserve to be in the game so no one else you could really put in there.

We need a playoff system already!

If two SEC teams are in the title game, are they restricted from having another team in? I thought you could have a max of two teams from a conference but does that exclude the NC game participants?

The irony is that is how much each Pac 12 school pays their players.

What a phenomenal weekend of college football!!! If you are Arkansas fan you couldn't have had a better day. They face a very tough task, but they have a chance which is all you can ask for.

Here's hoping Pig Sooie gets the W on Friday to further fuck up the BCS.

Rovell may be wrong, if Oregon wins on Saturday, they make the Pac 12 title game, and win that make the Rose, and I would say Stanford makes a BCS game.

Besides the 6 conference winners, SEC 2nd team, Houston takes the other 2, then the next 2 could be down to Big 12 ( Oklahoma or Oklahoma State), ACC (only if Clemson plays Virginia Tech and wins), heard tonight possibly Michigan if their top 14, and Stanford.

On the national title, if Arkansas beats LSU Friday, Arkansas will make the national title game and won't even have to play in the SEC Championship game.

I'm just throwing this case out, LSU wins out and Oklahoma State beats Oklahoma, would there be a push for a Conference Champion to get enough votes to pass a team that didn't win a division in Alabama, like a couple years ago, when Florida passed Michigan to play Ohio State, when people felt Michigan should have played that game.

On a possible rematch, I would say no, couple reasons, the SEC streak of 5 titles is special and if it's both SEC teams would take away from the luster of it and also, say it's Alabama-LSU, if Bama wins, does it really mean anything when LSU beat Bama at their place.

A little early bowl note, The U has decided not to go to a bowl game this year with the ongoing NCAA investigation, so the game against Boston College Friday will be the last one of the season.

I understand it, just wish they hadn't it, because they say the bowl game gets you ready for next year and that could help the team.

I know people get on the Big East for still have an automatic bid for the BCS, if Louisville beats South Florida Friday, they could be your Big East Champs. A win knocks out West Virginia and Rutgers since they lost to Louisville already, and if West Virginia beats Pitt Friday night, then Pitt's out.

Cincinnati looked like the top team, but lost their quarterback recently for the season, by Saturday it could be down to them and if all that happens, they just need to win out, but haven't won since losing the qb.

On LSU vs Arkansas, if LSU loses, they could go from the national title game to the Capitol One BOwl, same with Arkansas.
