Right now Enderle is #2. Who is out there so we can avoid seeing Enderle? Garrard?

You're at least the third to say Favre.

Is beheading a 15 yard penalty?

Furiously tweeting Gregor....

David Garrard underwent back surgery recently, but hasn't signed with any other NFL team since the Jaguars released him in a salary cap move just before the season. I don't think Garrard's an option at this stage, and I thought he was earning a lot of $$$$ before Jacksonville released him.

There are 2 guys that are familiar with Mike Martz's system. One is Marc Bulger, but he retired in the offseason after holding a clipboard in Baltimore last season. Bulger's lack of mobility and the fact he's injury-proned dating back to when he was in St. Louis might not be worth it. The other is J.T. O'Sullivan, who was once a Bears' practice squad QB who started for Martz when he OC'd the 49ers prior to "Coach Can't Do It" Mike Singletary a couple years ago. I think he was holding a clipboard at last check for Carson Palmer in Cincinnati.

There are 2 other veteran QBs who the Bears can at least bring in for a tryout, but I'm not sure either of these guys have anything in the tank anymore.

One of them is Jake Delhomme, who was released in the offseason after one disappointing season in Cleveland after years in Carolina. The other is Jeff Garcia, who I think last played in Philadelphia. At this point, regardless of who the Bears bring in, I'm not sure whoever comes in will be nothing more than a stopgap.

Bears shouldn't bring anyone in, unless Hanie goes down.

That's also an option.

Back in '82, you used to be able to throw a pigskin a quarter mile. I know you like him now but if you see Lovie throw a steak at him for me.

I'll see what I can do.

I might also be trying out for receiver. I'm not sure yet.

Maybe they have some wildcat in mind for me.

Caleb's your only hope at this point. If you get to the Nathan Enderle experience, it will be fun bad. One would assume Jeff George, Vince Evans, Randall Cunningham or a shitfaced Bob Avellini would be better than Enderle, no?

Kurt Warner. Just think they could be the greatest show on natural grass. That is after U2.

I wouldn't mind seeing the rookie out there... Gotta see if he can do it, or just how overmatched he is...

Why would you do this & ruin the season? Play Hanie, win 3-4 more games, & make the playoffs.
