What gives?

Just admit you listen and watch on NBC5. Almost everyday based on threads heere. It entertains you. It's okay. It entertains me too. Most of the time it's dumb and weird, but he's always funny and I'm entertained. You are too. We can be friends and bond with LoHo.

I really never listen at all ever.

But have you guys noticed that he starts his shows with someone saying 'Sup Holmes' and he'll occasionally talk about hot women? Also, I have this sneaking suspicion that he might be black.

I find that utterly preposterous.

It's not just Larry, but also all things White Sox (Stone, Ozzie, Kenny, Jerry, Hawk, Farmio, DJ, Coop, Frank C).

I'm really excited about this thread. Sure, it won't be long but I have plenty of things to talk about. First up, I wanna talk about my trip to NY. Really excited to be invited to sit on a panel about pooping and pain. By the way, as Uncle Teary will tell you, being invited somewhere is kind of a big deal but I was really more honored than anything. Next, and I'm really excited for this, we're going to take a look at a part of that win over SD that no one is talking about. I noticed it. So we'll talk about it. As always, I want to hear from you, my people. My fans like to talk, and I like to talk over them while they talk.

i can't handle more than 3-12 minutes of his show..it makes me miss white sox pregame...if they put anybody in that slot the ratings would double.

My favorite thing about Larry is how he runs into the ground the audio he gathers from Bears practice. I used to love his old slot Sunday morning before Bears games. Larry would "break down" audio that had already been aired for at least a couple of days, making it appear like it was some fresh take. As far as I'm concerned, he REALLY doesn't bring anything to the table when it comes to Bears analysis.
A close second is when Larry brags about past soundbytes he's gathered or previous conversations he's had with Bears people during a Score Bears hit. Most of them have already been brought to the air, but Larry enjoys couching it like he's providing a big scoop to the on-air hosts.

I dont think any of them think he is cool, but a few see him as their doorway to a post Bear career.

Remember when Dez Clark was Larry's best friend for a year!

They can always call Jiggets! Hoooollllddd

Agreed. He seems to believe that there is value (maybe there is because he's not talking over it) in playing audio of interviews/press conferences from hours ago or even from a prior day.
