How many times did the CBS cameras need to show the injured Ray Lewis on the Ravens sideline Sunday!?! We got it - he was injured and not playing against the Bengals on 11/20!!! A bit excessive, in my opinion.

When Ray Lewis is injured, he's still able to be involved with murders. Stand up guy...

It's not everyday when a guy of Ray Lewis' caliber is relegated to watching the game in street clothes on the sidelines. If CBS Sports was guilty of all the Lewis camera shots in the Bengals/Ravens' game yesterday, consider this. How many times has Joe Fan seen another All-Pro in Colts' QB Peyton Manning on the sidelines this season while Indianapolis has yet to win a single game with Kerry Collins, Curtis Painter & Dan Orlovsky on the field, regardless of which network is carrying the game?

That a tough question. I know I saw a highlight in which he was on the sideline in the Colts game at the Titans, but I just haven't seen any of their games to know if he's on the sidelines or not. Not surprising that Lewis was on the sideline considering he wasn't ruled out of the game until Sunday.

Considering it was Lewis , I took it as more of a case of surveillance .

His intensity was so strong he enabled his team to win the game! His leadership was needed to motivate.

Yeah, it was a joke.

I think Ray will be a guy that does not adjust well to not playing

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, chiefs..." Don't get me wrong, guys. Ray Lewis is a tremendous player and is a definite game changer in any situation. My comments were mainly directed at the network and their power to over saturate and beat a dead horse. IMO, they showed him waaayy too much, that's all. Just sayin'...

Will NFL Network do the same thing tomorrow night if Ray Lewis is a no go again vs. the 49ers? It's not a sure thing #52 in Ravens' purple plays tomorrow night due to a foot injury that sidelined him Sunday vs. the Bengals.

It was the same crap when the Bulls played the Celtics a few years ago and they kept cutting to Garnett yapping on the end of the bench. His intensity leads them even when he isn't playing....so dumb. The 2nd Three Peat was made possible by the bench intensity of Jack Haley.

Not to mention his intensity busting down that door and getting Dorothy and Toto out of the witches castle

Was Reed Johnson on the bench when he was injured?
