I thought Martz called a pretty good game with the exception of the call when they were 2nd and 1 at the end of the first half. Hanie played with a lot of heart and I expect his performance to improve. Maybe a few more designed runs.

Letting a 1st starter throw 36 times ..stupid. Playing against a defense that allowed over 5 yards a carry and not run it down their throat...stupid. Playing with heart over mind...stupid. enough already

There were a lot of dropped balls too. The picks didn't hurt that much.

The interceptions easily cost us the game. Come on Hov!

I would like to believe that 80 yard touchdown drive by the Raiders in the 4th quarter and the bone headed play call by Martz had more to do with it. I was satisfied with Hanie's play.

I take what I can get. It's all a stepping stone to the ultimate goal. Not being overly demanding can get you far sometimes. I've never had a problem with the ladies though.

Hanie had the attitude that he wasn't out there to "manage" the game, I think that attitude cost him yesterday. He thought he could make that throw while rolling out to the right on the run and it got picked. I don't want to see that from him, I want him to make the throws he has to and not try to be someone he's not.

Having 3 kids by 24 that may have been good advice. I've slowed down the past 5 years so I have that going for me. Says a lot about those hand jobs.

I do think for myself. When the fucking guy is scrambling the play has already broken down, throw the fucking ball away and move onto the next play, don't try and make something out of nothing.

I guess I don't have any objective evidence to prove you wrong (other than I have not seen either of those guys make that kind of throw) but I have never heard or read that he has a weak arm while I have heard or read from several sources that his arm is strong.

i think every single qb in the nfl(including the scrubs on the practice squad can throw a football 55-60 yards.

No.

And even fewer could hit a guy at that length in stride.

The TD throw to Decker in the Chiefs game.

The point being he has a strong arm? So does Kyle Boller. Accuracy is a much greater indicator of success.

which, of course, isn't the point again

As you correctly determined, the debate is whether he has a strong or weak arm, with no regard to how that attribute relates to anything.

Tebow has a plus arm, but a lot of his throws are low. This speaks to bad mechanics, but w/e dude is winning...

Hanie also has a plus arm, and is far more accurate than tebow. However Tebow's unwillingness to turn the ball over and 4th qtr comebacks place him above Hanie on my list for the moment...
