i agree..that house does not look anything like a 2.9 million dollar house in a very down market..even in a a great location..he got raped on that deal.

I don't now,everywhere I look,houses are priced way below market value. 2.9M sounds crazy. For half that,Theo and his wife could move in with me. I'd be more than happy to drive him to work.
