This thread, like all threads, started with the best of (some would say, circle jerking) intentions.....but its creators have quickly grown mad with power and drunk on the sweet ambrosia that a "nomination" thread bestows.

This whole "thing" has turned into a cynical charade where no one is in control and nothing is as it seems. The "king makers" have fled.

This has gone on long enough, so long, in fact, that the original creators have lost touch with the original heart-felt ambition of such a thread.

I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did, but like most things on this board it was infected, sucked dry and like a zombie it is doomed to walk the cyberscape forever...a shell of its former self looking to feed on the next hot shot who thinks they aren't in danger...

See, that's the thing that gets lost on some. I never intended for it to be a contest. I read the board and based on who entertained me the most, I'd declare a winner. It's totally subjective depending on who's doing the voting.
