I'll take the Broncos +8.5. Who wants some?

Well, Ben apparently had a setback with his high ankle sprain VS the Browns Sunday, a game that the Steelers barely won. Mendenhall is out for the year with a torn ACL. Ryan Clark wont play. The Steelers are banged up.
This could be a 7-6 game.
As much as I like Mike Tomlin, I would love to see Denver upset the Steelers.

I'm game. I'm sure the Steelers can get a 10 pt. lead just on D.

I'll bet you the Cowboys don't even make the NFC Championship game.

OK.

No way the Steelers get another 34 points after that.

Fucking cowboys! Total joke of a team. I'm sorta glad they lost to the giants...they blew way to many chances this year.

not that i want this to happen...

but that team needs an entire overhaul. talk about cleaning house...rob ryan's overrated, jason garrett is a failure, romo needs a new team...very few bright spots on the cowboys.

and yet every year, they're preseason favorites (especially by RFDC who doesn't understand charger love, but always sees the cowboys getting to the SB).

I tell you, Romo to Denver for Tebow and a sack of jock straps.

Ralph's got issues, but he's always good for a laugh.

There is one major flaw with your theory, the total sits at 33.5 right now.

If the Steelers score 24 points or more, they should cover. I don't see Dinver putting up more than 13 or 14 points unless they get a defensive/special teams TD.

It was announced today that Steelers Center Maurkice Pouncey will miss Broncos game due to an ankle injury.

I don't know if the Broncos are capable of upsetting the Steelers, but Pitsburgh is really banged up with Pouncy, Mendenhall, & Clark all out, & Big Ben badly hobbled. If the Broncos Defensive line can get to Ben, Denver has a chance. This could be a field goal contest.

If it's a field goal contest it'll be 18-3. Denver can't throw the ball. Most inaccurate QB in the league combined with receivers who don't get separation on offense. There's almost no chance Denver scores over 10 points. Pittsburgh shouldn't have any problem with them.

WZ, if either of our teams get to the Super Bowl, I have to like their chances. Needless to say, domes are very good to them, and there is not a offense in the AFC that can keep up with them.

I'm not so sure of that. The Pats offense the past two months has been almost as dominant. Brees has played 11 games indoors vs Brady's 1 game indoors. Brady's numbers could be much better if he had played that much indoors.

This article from 2010 covers this:

Saints 31
