Doesn't it seem like you're always seeing him in a new movie trailer? I checked out his IMBD and it's true. He churns out movies like no other actor over the last 15 years or so. His new one is "The Grey". No point. Just an observation.

Neeson's wild movie making run. He must have made over 100 million over the last 15 years.

First poker game we had Darkside professed his absolute hatred of Liam Neeson. Kinda strange really.

There was some guy on Conan a few nights ago who apparently makes some kind of show involving the midget who's also a comedian. The title was some kind of take on the midget being a midget like "Little Funny Man" or something like that. I think it was the Conan episode that Kate Beckinsale (meow) was on because for some reason, this guy got Kate to put his shoes on. I came in part of the way through the bit, so I didn't quite follow that bit.

Anyway he showed a clip of his show where Liam Neeson comes in to see him because he wants to try becoming a comedic actor. They try improving a comedy scene and it was pretty funny.

I always watch Taken for at least a few minutes whenever I see it's showing on cable. It's rollicking good fun to see Liam Neeson find new, ingenious ways to eviscerate amoral and sometimes effeminate Europeans.

Dude, that scene where he muscles his way thru being chained to a 4 inch black pipe makes me sick to my fucking stomach. Really? He just decided to break several inches of solid steel pipe? Fuck man.

My dad and I were watching tv a few days ago and a trailer for The Grey was played. He didn't understand why he was showing up in so many movies.

"Have you seen Taken?"

"No."

Nuff said.

I find it hard to suspend disbelief with him in these action hero roles. He's old and not in any great shape. It is kind of like how it was when John Travolta had a run for a few years in the same roles.

I think he is a great actor in his slower roles. I loved him in Michael Connolley. I thought he played a good heroic character in Rob Roy.

I have a soft spot for Neeson as he is the spitting image of my grandpa who died when I was a teenager. I know I'm a wuss but I always feel like a have to take a second look when I see him and it chokes me up. Same demeanor as well but not a shanty mic.

His wife died a horribly tragic death. I think that should get you close to even.

He's a tall ass mother fucker though (6'4")... I think he's fit - but he is old - 60.

From imdb.com: Was a boxer as a teenager in Northern Ireland, which resulted in getting his nose broken at the age of 15. Nevertheless, he went on to win the Irish Youth Championship. A brief blackout after one of his fights, however, caused him to give up the ring for good.

Maybe he's doing more work to cope with the death of his wife. They had two kids (16 and 17 now). You'd think he'd want to lay low for a year or two, but no.
