Edit:
Enjoy your vacation Meat. Baseball season is approaching and you need to be on your A game.

During that time, he hasn't been off as much. Possibly so he can have two weeks off when his first child is born. Not sure.

No problem with him taking his allotted time off.

Do you have kids, UMN?

I took two weeks off when each of my kids were born and I felt absolutely no regret about it. Work will always be there (hopefully) the time with your newborns will not.

No, I figured a week would be the norm but I can see how 2 would be nice if it were feasible. Its his 60+ other days of vacation that make 2 more weeks sound like a lot to me. Its not really as big a deal as my initial reaction would indicate. I did enjoy his work last year as he really improved imo but its hard to listen when his participation in the show is so choppy. This is probably the best use of vacation time anyone could have I would imagine, half a week for the concerts...not so much.

I'll give him a little crap for not coming in the day after a Tributo show, but I won't have anything to say about him taking time off for birth of son.

A newborn sleeps about 20 hours per day.

I find it strange that you have an opinion on this either way.

So...what did Buffone say that got dumped?

Also, could Holmes's laugh be any more fake and forced? He's just awful.

Peoples obsession with vacation time of radio hosts always amazes me.

If a company gives a person the time off then they have ever right to use it however they want.

I applaud Meat for taking this time to be with his wife and son.

It's not fake or forced but it's getting expensive.
Every time he does that cackle he has to send the estate of Gary Coleman a dollar.

I enjoyed it. Props to Mac and Laurence -- didn't feel the need to command the airspace. They allowed Jason to take the wheel and drive the segment.

I missed his first-half gaffe, but I heard his overexplanation before the OT coin flip.

Darn Frisco weather. I didn't have a chance to be mesmerized by his guns, that's what made me focus on his speech.
