Is there a possibility that you might lend your particular expertise to this conversation we're having (maybe discuss this from a legal standpoint... what liability would the gym have, if any? How could Larry's actions, if performed by mac, have exposed mac, or would he, if he could prove he was baited, be less vunerable to litigation... does that kind of whose fault the fight is matter were he to be sued, or worse, arrested? How would being aggressive have affected his visitation rights as I do no believe there's sole custody... in other words, legally, how would Mac have handled this appropriately in the eyes of the law?

See cairo, it's posts like that response from Panther that bum me out a little. I know he's smart, and I know he knows his shit so I sometimes wonder what the board would be like if he were more of a contributor than just a general waste of a post. It's not really a mutual aire or respect. Its more that I kind of don't care anymore really. I would love to see a board "legal expert" weigh in on all the crazy shit we do here. I came close. I tried to create a police officer modeled after Elmhurst Steve (UptightExCop), but I didn't get to make one post with him. He was going to pull people over for making bad posts or having stupid thoughts, then he'd tell people to "be safe out there."

There's Special Olympics power lifting. I can run it in Cal City, it's right on the border if Mac wants. As someone who works in the field I don't think I've ever heard Mac mention his kid doing any SO stuff, not that his kid has to or anything. Indiana's special recreation isn't anywhere as good as Illinois' though.

Mac didn't elaborate as far as whether or not his son was acting up and I doubt Mac makes him wear one of those puzzle decals you see on cars so people will know your dealing with an autistic kid. You would figure maybe the kid was having some kind of issue for someone to say something that rude to him.
