SHARK, do you watch a lot of BET Classic?

BET Classic? Not sure I have that. Centric, RP Bryan, airs reruns of "Soul Train", and I get that on DIRECTV 330. That channel used to be called BET Jazz.

Centric has more than just "Soul Train". They air reruns of "Miami Vice", "The A Team", "The Steve Harvey Show", "The Jamie Foxx Show" & "The Cosby Show" from the '80s that started NBC's "Must See TV" Thursday nights, along with movies & music videos.

There was always, always a hot Asian girl dancing on that show. It was like a rule or something.

It was the same chick for a long time. Rosie Perez was on there for a while too. The guy who didn't really dance but just pointed at the girl doncing with him was the worst. Hated that guy...

It was on for a few hours already. I was watching some before, flipping between that and the Boos.

Now, the Marx Bros. are on Me-TV.

Fun stuff. My moves overy much resemble the old swingers. Never had the.mad skills some of these guys have anyone else notice the average chick weight is about 85 lbs.

I also realized the reason I loved this show is the cool train. And the chicks...

That was a nice tribute The U and Weigel-owned sister network Bounce TV gave to Don Cornelius Saturday night with a 7-hour "Soul Train" marathon hosted by Chilli of the '90s group TLC. I was channel surfing between that, the Bulls/Bucks' game on the WGNs and "Svengoolie" going clearly outside the box with "Duck Soup" on MeTV.

As for the marathon, The U & Bounce TV aired the very first "Soul Train" that was syndicated in 1971, followed by one from 1972 that showed Don with a lot of hair, not to mention a jumpsuit in the second episode Saturday night. Episodes from 1977, 1983, 1986 with Janet Jackson, 1990 with En Vogue & Don's final episode as host in 1993 with the Commodores once again were featured.

As the show evolved over time, the ladies that were on dressed hot for that era..
