I don't care what you say, the Lakers still got a shot at the 2 seed.

People were cool, bar was cool, beer was good.

What a fucking trainwreck of a game though. I think I'm partially deaf from hearing cookie scream every time Humphries scored....which was a lot.
Great seeing everybody again, good to meet Nas, Sini, and McCracken. Thanx to DB for organizing. w00t!

true, the game sucked...but the highlight was phil and i picking out a random person and saying that this is a first date from match.com for them...and how awful it would be. get the popcorn thrown on you, the game is horrible...AND you wind up on that stretch cam...and then the awkward kiss cam.

Was a good time while I was there. I tried picking up the bartender and she threw my number in the
garbage which I thought was hilarious. I received some unfortunate news about my relative right before
tip time and that was weighing on me heavily so I removed myself from the situation as to not bring anyone
else down. By the way did anyone see me slip and fall on my way out? Another funny situation. I ended up
dumping my beer on two unsuspecting female fans heads. I said i was sorry and moved towards the nearest
exit. That is what I get for wearing jeans that are too big and dress shoes. :eye: I am lucky I didn't
break my fucking leg, it is killing me today.

Had I known I wouldn't have tipped the whore!

I didn't personally see The Fall, but some others mentioned it.

Was this the chick at the bar? She seemed kind of snobby.

Yeah that is the one. She was really busy and was working the entire bar herself so it likely wasn't
the best time to try to hit on her. I asked her if she would be there after the game and she kind of gave
me the once over and said she didn't think so. Couldn't tell if she was bitchy or just in a bad mood. I
gave it a shot, I figured I didn't have anything to lose and I thought she looked alright. Nothing to lose
any sleep over for me.

Many thanks to Douchebag for organizing and taking care of tickets. Wanted to make sure I
threw that in there, seemed like things went pretty smoothly overall.

 yeah I got that impression as well. I did my best to dust myself off, said i was sorry and hightailed it
away from the scene of the crime. I tossed what was left of the beer into the garbage and figured that was
as good a time as any to head home. Other than not getting to hang out doesn't sound like I missed much
reguarding the game. I only feel bad I didn't get a chance to introduce myself to HOVA and a few others I
had hoped to see.

I enjoyed the bar. Seemed like they had a real nice beer selection, but I figured in the city on a weekend I wasn't gonna beat the 24oz $4 Bud Lights

That bar went from almost totally empty to packed in like 60 minutes.

3 Sam Smith Oatmeal Stouts before the game, 3 buds at the game, and 2 coronas after the game.

I tend to like the board a bit more after outings...regardless of what they are. the matinee game is pretty damn sweet.

I'm not sure I'm sold on the Brewers/Cubs game tailgate thing tho. Showing up at a bar 3.5 hours before tip makes more sense to me. However, I will say the Sox game tailgate that a few of us did was pretty sweet. I'm not sure why the Sox game was "more fun" overall. I think it probably had something to do with having the worst seats ever at the Brewers game. Nevertheless, the Brewers game day felt rushed for some reason.

btw: If we ever wanted group tix for a Wolves game, my cousin knows everyone in Wolves ticketing from setting up youth hockey events and whatnot. So, that could be a cheaper option down the road...
